Through the Pace by Athlytic mobile application available in the App Store by Myndarc, LLC, you may access health insights, trend analysis, and related informational resources (collectively, "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personally identifiable information and other data collected through our Services.
No Data Collected
Because Pace leverages Apple Health, all of your health data is read and processed entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your health information to external servers. The insights, trend charts, and health narratives you see in Pace are generated locally on your iPhone using data from Apple Health.
Pace's AI health assistant uses Apple's on-device intelligence and does not send your health data to any cloud service.
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.

We regularly review our compliance with this Policy. Please feel free to direct any questions or concerns regarding this Policy or our treatment of personal data by contacting us through email.
When we receive formal written complaints, we respond by contacting the person who made the complaint. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints that we cannot resolve directly.
