Why is My Data Missing

If Pace is showing "No data" for a metric, here are the most common reasons:

You're not wearing your Apple Watch enough Most metrics require wearing your watch consistently — especially overnight for sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and breathing rate.

The metric requires time to appear Some Apple Watch metrics don't appear immediately: - VO2 Max requires outdoor walks or runs and can take several days to generate - Walking steadiness needs about a week of regular walking data - Mobility metrics like step length and double support time require regular walking with your phone or watch

Health permissions weren't granted Make sure you've granted Pace access to all health data categories. Go to Settings > Health > Pace and check that all permissions are enabled.

You recently set up your Apple Watch A new Apple Watch needs a few days to start generating data like HRV, resting heart rate, and respiratory rate.

Blood pressure Blood pressure is not measured automatically by Apple Watch. You need to log readings manually using a blood pressure monitor connected to Apple Health, or enter them directly in the Health app.
